Since we don't have an on-site laundry, our laundry is washed externally by a certified laundry, so sheets, pillowcases, and everything else is completely sterilized. All rooms are sanitized with specific products. Naturally, the air conditioning system and filters are also sanitized.

Two days before your arrival, you'll receive an email with a link to check in securely and independently online, just like you do for flights. Upon arrival at A Mincio Relais, simply show your ID for verification and you'll receive your key card within moments. If you arrive after 1:00 PM, we'll send you instructions and codes for independent access to the Relais.
